it's an excellent affordable hotel with really kind and very good staff members. the venue has unique and super location near the train stations. offers excellent service and tasteful food.

We had the suite which was neat and bright. The hotel was clean with outstandingly accommodating staff.

I had a fantastic stay at Ibis! The location was perfect for me, being within walking distance of Kramat Hospital. The hotel itself was fairly new and the rooms weresuper clean and cozy. The staff were also very helpful, especially Pak Subhan, Pak Deni, Bu Dwi, and Bu Raras at the reception. They provided excellent service and made me feel welcome. I highly recommend this hotel.

It was in close proximity to a convenience store, a shopping mall, and within a stone's throw to a train station. The hotel's cleanliness was spot on, and the staff did an excellent job. I found the hotel facilities to be great, and the staff was amicable and accommodating. It offered convenient parking and transportation options, a plus point for me. The breakfast at this hotel was mouth-watering, and I appreciated the variety of options available to me.

For my new year stay, the hotel provided an amazing breakfast spread that included both local and international cuisines. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful in accommodating any requests we had during our stay. the hotel's indoor pool was a great way to unwind after a long day of exploring the city.

The hotel's location wasn't very central which resulted in longer travel times to reach popular tourist destinations. The noise level was also a bit high due to the traffic outside the hotel.

The hotel is situated in a convenient location in the heart of the city, with close proximity to the mall and traditional night market. the rooms are clean, cozy and come with amenities like hot showers and functional TV with cable. the hotel staff offer great service, and the check, in and check, out processes are swift. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast spread and pleasant views of the surrounding city from the hotel.

One drawback of the hotel is that there were occasional electricity outages reported by some guests and some issues with the air, conditioning.

Had a great stay over Thanksgiving! Loved the two complementary drinks and snacks upon arrival, and the convenient location near all the great shopping centers and restaurants. the room was cozy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The WiFi connection was a bit spotty at times, but it wasn't a huge issue for us. the air conditioning could have been more effective in cooling the room.
